Emphasize on how each and every one of your employees affect the success of the organization and let them know that there is something greater waiting for them in the long run. Employees should know where they are headed. This will give them a sense of security. As a result, they would become more productive knowing that their efforts will not go to waste. Share what you see in the future and tell them that you believe all of you can reach that point if you work hand in hand.

Majority of the time, team representatives stay because they see the value in what they all do. This is the reason why they want a leader whom they can believe in. It cannot be denied that it will be easier for them to get behind all that the leader is talking about if the latter is better at communicating. A leader is someone ever team member looks up to, so it is only right to be looked up to for all the right reasons.
